Gardeners' Office

Although we are used to the idea of having a garden now, it still surprised me to find a bag of compost in the office last week. No one besides Alan would bring compost to work...on a Wednesday. He and Liz had plotted to stay behind that evening, i found out.



When i got to the garden five minutes after their specified time, they had taken cuttings from the giant lily, potted them and was starting on the other plants.







I was sent to fetch the water bottles from Liz's desk/garden shed. To my surprise, they weren't empty. Liz had filled the bottles at home with rainwater to avoid using office tap water!







Liz choose a pool cue to use as a stake for plant in the next picture.









It's going-home time for the late batch.










The last thing for the night was to put this sticky plant under the shower.
